In 2K25, the NBA Jam family lost one of their own. P-City Balla's, an inaugural member of the league and 2K20 champion was lost. The season was dedicated to P-City and the Blitz Shield was forever renamed the Balla's Blitz shield. On the court, Fives identified strong value in the draft and won his second championship with a narrow 18.25 point victory over Skyhawks, becoming only the second franchise to win two championships. Skyhawks fell again in a Finals, his fourth Finals loss in the last 5 seasons.
